We’re looking for a skilled and customer‑focused Pool & Spa Technician to join our service team. In this role, you’ll perform maintenance, repairs, and installations for spas and pool systems while delivering exceptional service to homeowners. What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go‑to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining pool and spa systems. Your day‑to‑day work will include:

  • Performing repairs, maintenance, and installations on pool and spa equipment
  • Following the full delivery process, including loading, installation, and material returns
  • Conducting routine maintenance such as water testing, balancing, and filter cleaning
  • Troubleshooting pump, heater, electrical, and plumbing issues
  • Completing accurate work orders and documenting parts used
  • Providing customers with guidance on water care, maintenance schedules, and product upgrades
  • Staying current on industry trends, new products, and best practices
  • Operating forklifts/loaders when required
  • Supporting store and yard operations during downtime
  • Capturing video of repairs/installs to support the digital training library
  • Managing and submitting warranty claims
What Success Looks Like
You’ll be measured on key performance indicators that reflect efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction:

  • First‑time fix rate: 85%
  • Average repair time: 1.5 hours
  • Round‑trip delivery time: 3 hours + travel, with a target of 2 deliveries per day
What You Bring

  • Experience in spa or pool repair, installation, or maintenance (asset)
  • Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems (asset)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
  • Valid Class 5F driver’s license and ability to travel to surrounding communities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills
  • Commitment to safety protocols
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
