Summary: Do you love plants and providing great customer service? Join our team as a Greenhouse Associate! You’ll greet customers, help them find the perfect plants, answer their questions, and offer expert advice. You’ll also care for our plants, keeping them healthy and vibrant, while ensuring a positive, safe environment for both our plants and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly face that greets and guides customers, helping them find the perfect plants and gardening goodies to bring their visions to life!
- Share your passion and expert advice on all things plant care and gardening, making sure customers leave with all the know-how they need to thrive.
- Spread the word about awesome discounts, promotions, and seasonal deals—who doesn’t love a great bargain?
- Help customers level up their garden game by upselling related products like trendy pots, premium soil, fertilizers, and tools—they’ll love it, and you’ll love the results!
- Stay in the loop with team meetings, so you're always in the know about the latest promotions, products, and fun initiatives.
