Job Title: Horticulture Specialist
Reports to: Greenhouse Manager
Compensation: Dependent on experience and performance

Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute exciting production plans that keep the company thriving, aligning with both the team's goals and nature’s rhythm.
- Champion the greenhouse climate to create the perfect environment for plants to flourish—always adjusting to keep things just right.
- Be the irrigation guru—keep an eye on the watering systems, fertilizer injections, and water levels to ensure every plant gets exactly what it needs.
- Become a plant health detective, spotting any issues before they arise and offering creative solutions to keep things growing strong, season after season.
- Lead the grand overwintering adventure, ensuring crops, buildings, and materials are carefully prepped and tucked in for the colder months, ready to spring back to life when it’s time!
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Education in Horticulture, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science required
- Minimum 1 year+ experience in a greenhouse, nursery or horticulture environment required
- Integrated Pest Management certification an asset
- Commercial Pesticide Applicators license an asset

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
