At Livingstone Outdoor, we’re looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor who thrives on building real connections, coaching a team, and turning everyday interactions into outstanding customer experiences. What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach the Retail Associate team—assign work, train on the floor, and help everyone hit their stride
- Deliver personalized consultations that match customers with the right outdoor products and solutions
- Own the sales process from first hello to closed deal (including quotations, trade-ins, and financing support)
- Hit your personal targets while rallying the team to achieve monthly store goals
- Build lasting relationships—nurture existing clients and actively develop new ones
- Keep the store looking sharp: visual standards, cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and smooth daily operations
- Handle keyholder duties, authorize transactions, and resolve customer concerns with confidence
What You Bring
- Proven retail sales experience plus leadership of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build instant rapport
- Confident, assertive communication and solid negotiation instincts
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working a variety of shifts
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bonus: Passion for outdoor living and knowledge of outdoor products

Compensation
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
